Operations Director

Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to lead our Group Operations team in delivering exceptional customer services and business results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Sales and Actuarial teams to drive individual Group processes to closure.
- Oversee the issuance of policies and resolution of customer and intermediary queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure a high-quality, professional, and courteous service is provided to intermediaries and customers.
- Implement and maintain agreed quality and quantity controls to aid proactive management and anticipate potential issues.
- Supervise and train an effective team that meets business needs as they evolve.
- Coordinate with finance for reconciliation of policy account balances.
Qualifications & Experience:
A minimum of 8-10 years' experience gained in customer Services or Operations Department. An MBA/ACII degree is highly desirable, with Associate of Insurance Institute qualification being an added advantage.
Required Skills:
- Good experience of operations in the financial services industry.
- Proven experience within the Group Operation department of an Insurance company.
- Ability to deliver operational efficiency through data processing expertise.
- Strong leadership, team building, and influencing skills.
