Chief Financial Strategist

The key function of the Strategic Financial Planner is to provide accurate and insightful financial analysis in support of the company's strategic decision-making process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and present robust qualitative and quantitative financial analysis, including annual budgets and quarterly/monthly forecast variances.
- Track monthly entity and business level profitability, build annual operating plans, and create scenario models to inform business decisions.
- Support ad-hoc special projects, such as identifying cost optimization opportunities, business valuations, and equity fund raises.
- Produce presentations, analysis, and supporting materials for key internal stakeholders, including senior management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders, including functional finance departments and lines of business teams.
- Create, maintain, and review financial models and analyses, both recurring and ad-hoc.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Excel and excellent numerical ability.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
- Chartered Accountant certification.
- 2-4 years' experience in Financial Planning & Analysis or Business Finance.
