About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Chief Financial Strategist to lead our finance team. This individual will be responsible for managing general accounting functions, ensuring accurate and timely close processes, and preparing financial statements according to company guidelines and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and taxes
  • Ensure compliance with statutory law and financial regulations
  • Monitor internal controls to ensure integrity of financial reporting
  • Develop and maintain systems handling financial data and processes
  • Assist management with important financial decisions and budgeting
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the accounting team
  • Work closely with other departments to support overall business goals

Required Qualifications:

  • Mandatory qualification as a Chartered Accountant CA
  • 4-6 years progressive accounting experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
  • Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, ERP systems)
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, strong organizational leadership abilities

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in manufacturing, service, or retail industry
  • Good understanding of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other relevant regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking, problem-solving abilities
  • Preferably a candidate with business acumen
