Job Title: Chief Financial Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned financial expert to lead our company's financial strategy, governance, and compliance as we scale.

  • Owning end-to-end controllership, including accounting, compliance, audit, cash flow, and debt covenant management.
  • Building robust internal controls, enforcing SOPs, and driving accuracy in financial reporting while leveraging technology and automation.
  • Maintaining accurate books of accounts, driving disciplined month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closures.
Key Responsibilities

Financial Planning and Analysis:

  • Developing and maintaining financial models and forecasts.
  • Providing timely MIS packs with actionable insights.
  • Establishing SOPs and Internal Financial Controls.

Financial Reporting and Compliance:

  • Preparing and finalizing financial statements in compliance with IGAAP.
  • Ensuring reconciliations across bank, vendor, customer, GST input, and inventory accounts.
  • Delivering timely statutory filings and ensuring lender and investor covenant compliance.

Tech-Driven Finance:

  • Implementing and optimizing ERP/accounting platforms.
  • Driving automation to reduce manual dependency.

Leadership and Development:

  • Mentoring, leading, and upskilling the finance & accounts team.
  • Building a culture of accountability, accuracy, and compliance discipline.
