Financial Leadership Role

This is a unique opportunity to join our team as a Chief Financial Strategist. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee all financial operations and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Protecting the company's treasury through effective cash management and financial planning.
  • Oversight of statutory compliance requirements, including tax and regulatory adherence.
  • Developing and maintaining financial models to support strategic decision-making.
  • Leading the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting.
  • Cash flow management and optimization of working capital.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with external stakeholders, including investors and auditors.
  • Supporting fundraising efforts through investor presentations and financial projections.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in finance controllership, accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience building a finance function from scratch for a scaling SaaS company.
  • An ability to adapt to uncertainty and changing priorities.
  • Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting skills.
  • Prior experience in SaaS accounting is an asset.
