Strategic Lead People Partner for Member Operations

As a dynamic and experienced Lead People Partner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our global People Partnering team, supporting Member Operations functions for the UK/European market. Your expertise will foster a culture that emphasizes employee wellbeing, engagement, and inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic partner and advisor to leaders and managers, providing support, coaching, and guidance on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Coach and develop our People Partnering team for Member Operations, promoting a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws, manage cross-border transfers, and adapt HR policies and programs to fit local cultural contexts.
- Handle complex employee relations issues, including sensitive matters that may impact the business.
- Use data to inform people partnering decisions and present insights to senior stakeholders.
- Partner with leaders to improve employee engagement and satisfaction, analyzing survey results and implementing action plans.
- Develop plans for talent development and retention through workforce planning, performance management, and career development.
- Advise leaders on organizational design and succession planning.
- Influence change management by equipping leaders with effective people management tools.
- Serve as an ambassador for DEI initiatives, promoting diversity and inclusion in all discussions.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles in high-growth, global tech companies.
- Experience scaling and developing a team of people partners in fast-paced environments.
- Proven track record in strategic HR management, with a focus on people partnering and organizational development.
- Strong client focus, outstanding judgment, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
- Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing and developing remote and distributed teams.
- Good understanding of global HR practices and employment laws, with a strong focus on Indian HR practices and employment laws.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change and foster a positive organizational culture.
