Job Title: Customer Experience Associate
As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that our Guests have an exceptional experience while interacting with our hotel. This includes assisting the Front Office Manager with daily operations and working with customers to resolve any issues or concerns they may have.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing front office operations, including checking-in guests, handling room assignments, and responding to guest requests
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and responsive to guest needs
- Work effectively with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience in the hotel/leisure/retail sector
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
