Job Title: ServiceNow Lead Developer/ Admin

Location: Remote, India

Full-time position available.

Job Summary:

We seek an experienced ServiceNow professional to lead our team in administering the platform across various modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Flow Designer, business rules, and client/server scripts, as well as experience with catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.

Responsibilities:

  • Administer the ServiceNow platform across multiple modules, including ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, FSM, Workplace Delivery, and EC Pro.
  • Develop and implement custom solutions using Flow Designer, business rules, and client/server scripts.
  • Create and manage catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems, such as identity platforms and facilities systems.
  • Design and implement metrics and reporting dashboards to track key performance indicators.
  • Lead instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define and streamline workflows.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 7+ years of experience administering the ServiceNow platform.
  • Strong knowledge of Flow Designer, business rules, and client/server scripts.
  • Experience with catalog items, approval workflows, dynamic forms, and SLAs.
  • Ability to integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems.
  • Proficiency in setting up and tracking metrics and reporting dashboards.
  • Leadership skills to oversee instance upgrades, patch management, and clone processes.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work with stakeholders.
