Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Enablement Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our third-party sellers by providing them with the tools, resources, and support they need to thrive on the marketplace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the adoption of new features and tools to improve product visibility while maintaining a healthy standard of return on ad spend (RoAS) and target average cost (TACOS).
  • Identify and address key day-to-day issues impacting sellers' performance and experience with sponsored products.
  • Act as a liaison between India sellers and business teams in the Marketplace Solutions to support key initiatives that allow India sellers to leverage the competitive advantage.
  • Refine business processes to optimize ad performance leading up to it, driving key performance indicators (KPIs) and key results areas (KRAs) on a regular basis for the IN CBT team.
  • Implement comprehensive seller enablement strategies, programs, and initiatives to improve seller ad performance, retention on WM connect, contributing to satisfaction on the Walmart Marketplace.
  • Represent the voice of the seller in internal discussions, surface product/engineering opportunities to advocate for customer service ensuring a cohesive and supportive seller experience.
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance and delivery of high-quality, actionable seller-facing content, including guides, tutorials, webinars, FAQs, and best practices in the ad space.
  • Monitor, analyze, and present seller ad performance metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement to leadership.

Requirements
  • MBA or MBA equivalent post-graduate degree.
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce industry.
  • At least 1+ years of experience in media/digital advertising preferred.
  • Proven track record of executing successful programs that drive business growth.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and rapidly changing environment with cross-functional teams.
