Sales Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Operations Manager to join our team at Airtel. As a key member of our sales operations team, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and ensuring the seamless execution of our sales strategies.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a talented professional to take on new challenges and make a significant impact on our sales performance. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing data, identifying trends, and developing actionable insights to inform our sales strategies. Your primary focus will be on providing critical support to our sales teams by gathering and presenting key metrics, tracking progress, and facilitating process improvements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be hands-on, results-driven, and passionate about leveraging data to drive business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Gather and analyze various reports from internal sources, such as sales teams, customer relationship management (CRM) systems, and other data sources.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales revenue, conversion rates, and customer satisfaction.
- Presentation of regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, areas for improvement, and recommendations for future actions.
- Foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and finance, to ensure alignment and effective use of data-driven insights.
- Analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and develop targeted strategies to address these findings.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in a sales operations, business intelligence, or data analysis role.
- Proven expertise in Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and present findings clearly.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions and levels.
