We are seeking a highly skilled Program Service Manager to lead our South India and Sri Lanka programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for hiring, training, and driving performance of Trip Leaders who guide Senior Americans on land tours in these regions.

  • This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to motivate and coach team members, and excellent communication skills to effectively interact with travelers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in hiring, training, coaching, and managing individual and team performances, preferably in the travel sector. They should also possess a strong understanding of South India and Sri Lanka, as well as general administrative skills including working knowledge of databases and Microsoft Office.

Key responsibilities include developing hiring and training plans to staff all departures with high-performing Trip Leaders, leading Trip Leader meetings and training sessions, and driving achievement of Regional Excellence Goals through live coaching and ride-along support.

  • Hire and train Trip Leaders based on their fit with our Company Values;

  • Live coach Trip Leaders over phone, video conference calls, and in person;
  • Ride along with Trip Leaders while on tour;
  • Plan and lead annual trainings and mini-trainings;
  • Assign Trip Leaders based on past performance and company needs;
  • Interact regularly with travelers;
  • Offer 24/7 emergency support for all Trip Leaders;
  • Manage all administrative duties;
