Program Governance and Sales Operations Manager

A strategic business leader is required to manage program governance, reporting, and customer engagement tracking, ensuring visibility and alignment across B2B sales initiatives.

This leadership position focuses on translating complex business inputs into executive-ready reports and presentations.

  • Presentation Design: Designing executive-level presentations for B2B Sales customer meetings, leadership sessions, and board reviews.
  • Data Consolidation: Consolidating and analyzing customer engagement data across sales teams and business units to present a unified view to leadership.
  • Business Reporting: Preparing weekly/quarterly business reports for senior leadership by coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Sales Program Management: Tracking key sales programs and initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and execution support.
  • Strategic Decision Making: Supporting senior leadership in strategic decision-making through clear, data-driven insights.

To be successful in this role, the candidate should have:

  • Qualifications: MBA preferred (Engineering/Technical background is a plus).
  • Experience: 2–4 years of experience in B2B Sales program management, corporate strategy, consulting, or sales operations.
  • Key Skills: Mandatory B2B Sales experience (exposure to customer-facing business environments), Strong expertise in PowerPoint and Excel (executive storytelling + data representation), Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in fast-paced, high-visibility projects.
