Job Title: Identity Governance and Access Management Leader

A visionary leader is required to oversee the strategic direction of our company's identity governance and access management program. This role will play a pivotal part in ensuring the security and compliance of our organization by implementing robust policies, procedures, and technologies that govern user access to sensitive data and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development and implementation of identity governance and access management strategies, policies, and procedures across the organization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that meet business needs while ensuring regulatory compliance.
• Oversee the administration of identity lifecycle management, including user onboarding, offboarding, and provisioning.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication of identity governance and access management programs.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and drive innovation.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 8+ years of experience in identity governance and access management, with a strong background in policy development, procedure implementation, and technology integration.
• Proven track record of success in leading large-scale identity governance and access management initiatives, with a focus on process improvement, cost reduction, and risk mitigation.
• Strong understanding of Azure AD, Entra ID, ARCON, and federated identity protocols (SAML, OAuth, OIDC), with experience in integrating these technologies into complex enterprise environments.
• Certification in Azure Identity Engineer, ARCON certified specialist, or equivalent, with a deep understanding of identity governance and access management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
