Creative Production Manager

Job Description:

Creative production plays a vital role in the fashion industry. As a creative production manager, you will be responsible for supporting the planning and execution of photo and video shoots.

  • Shoot coordination: Organizing photo and video shoots, creating shot lists, production schedules, and call sheets, and coordinating with photographers, stylists, models, makeup artists, and vendors.
  • Campaign support: Aligning shoot schedules with campaign timelines and delivering assets across multiple channels.
  • Logistics management: Arranging studio bookings, equipment rentals, props, and permits, tracking expenses, and supporting budget management.
  • Quality & delivery: Ensuring all outputs meet brand standards, collecting and organizing raw and edited assets, and supporting post-production coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with 1–2 years of experience in fashion, production, or related creative fields.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • D2C Fashion Experience is mandatory.
  • Passion for fashion, styling, and visual content.
  • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders.
  • Basic knowledge of photo/video production is a plus.
  • A proactive and hands-on attitude.
