We are looking for a skilled professional to join our customer support team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that their issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Your key responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone, tracking orders with our warehouse team, and maintaining accurate records of returns, refunds, and chargebacks. You will also be responsible for creating help articles, templates, and FAQs to improve the customer journey.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work under pressure and maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations. You should also be proactive, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative when needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in customer support, preferably in an e-commerce or SaaS environment.
  • Skilled in using tools like Gorgias, Zendesk, Notion, Google Sheets, or ClickUp.
  • Understanding of chargeback processes and prevention methods.
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, empathetic responses to customer inquiries.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to stay calm under pressure.
