E-Commerce & Digital Channel Representative – Mad Over Donuts (Mumbai)

Mad Over Donuts is hiring a E-Commerce & Digital Channel Representative to drive and manage delivery sales across our QSR outlets. The role focuses on boosting sales via platforms like Swiggy, Zomato & MagicPin, ensuring smooth delivery operations, and enhancing customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

- Manage daily delivery sales & operations for outlets
- Drive growth through online delivery platforms & campaigns
- Analyse sales data & KPIs to optimize performance
- Coordinate with store teams & delivery partners
- Maintain brand standards across all delivery channels

What we're looking for:

- Bachelor's degree in Business/Hospitality or related field
- 3–4 years' experience in sales, delivery ops, or QSR
- Strong knowledge of delivery platforms
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- Flexibility to work weekends/peak hours
