Our organization is seeking a seasoned investment and asset management leader to spearhead our real estate acquisitions across India, focusing on industrial parks.

We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong track record of driving growth through strategic investments in the Indian real estate market.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of the Indian real estate landscape, and the ability to navigate complex transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead evaluation, structuring, and execution of real estate investments across India.
  • Develop detailed financial models, feasibility studies, and scenario analyses to inform investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design optimal tax and capital structures for new investments.
  • Prepare comprehensive investment memos, approval notes, and presentations for internal stakeholders and Investment Committee reviews.
  • Manage due diligence processes and develop transaction term sheets in coordination with legal and financial advisors.
  • Oversee asset performance and drive value creation through effective asset management strategies.
  • Provide regular progress reports and updates to fund investors on development and financial milestones.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant government policies and regulations impacting industrial and real estate development.

Requirements:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Master's in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from a recognized institution.
  • At least 14 years of experience in real estate, investments, acquisitions, or asset management.
  • Proven ability to lead high-performing teams, take ownership of complex projects, and drive results aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to convey complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to develop insights, evaluate risks, and solve complex financial and operational problems.
  • Skilled in preparing and delivering high-impact presentations; strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
  • A dependable team player who can collaborate effectively across functions while also working independently.
  • Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong time management, and the ability to perform under pressure in fast-paced environments.
