Founders Office Role

Giakaa Capital is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill the Founders Office role. As part of this team, you will work directly with the leadership to drive global initiatives and build scalable platforms.

  • Manage cross-functional priorities to ensure smooth operations across multiple verticals.
  • Conduct market research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate findings and recommendations.
  • Act as central point of communication for internal stakeholders.

This is a full-time, fully remote position that requires exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong bias toward execution and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Management, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in strategy, or startup roles.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and work across functions simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional presence.
  • Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end, including events or large-scale initiatives.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with adaptability, resilience, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with tools like Notion, Trello, or Asana is a plus.
