Strategic Advisor Position Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to assume a key role in shaping our organization's strategy, transaction execution, and deal pipelines.

This high-visibility position requires expertise in Investment Banking and Asset Reconstruction, as well as the ability to collaborate closely with senior stakeholders.

  • Closely work with senior stakeholders to drive strategic business initiatives and support decision-making on investment opportunities.
  • Apply knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  • Participate in regular meetings to review developments and progress on ongoing transactions, restructuring processes, and deal pipelines.
  • Provide timely reports on the status of these activities.
  • Offer guidance on structuring, negotiations, and execution strategies for acquisitions, distressed asset deals, and capital market transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications

A strong professional network across financial institutions, investors, and regulatory authorities is necessary for success in this role. Key qualifications include:

  • 5–10 years of experience in Investment Banking, Asset Reconstruction, Private Equity, or Corporate Finance.
  • A proven track record in transaction execution, deal structuring, and financial advisory.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities

This Strategic Advisor will be responsible for:

  1. Collaborating with senior stakeholders to drive strategic business initiatives.
  2. Applying knowledge of Investment Banking and capital markets to assess opportunities, risks, and deal structures.
  3. Supporting decision-making on investment opportunities, exits, and capital raising activities.
  4. Ensuring effective coordination between internal teams and external stakeholders.
