We're seeking an experienced Senior Finance Manager to join our team. As a key member of the finance department, you will play a critical role in shaping the company's financial strategy and driving growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective financial strategies to drive business growth.
  • Lead financial planning and analysis (FP&A) to ensure accurate forecasting and budgeting.
  • Manage and analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Financial Operations & Risk Management:
  • Establish and maintain robust financial controls and governance policies to minimize risk.
  • Lead financial reporting, audits, and month-end closures to ensure timely and accurate financial information.
Investor & Stakeholder Relations:
  • Provide regular financial insights and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to communicate financial information effectively.
Process & Technology Optimization:
  • Implement financial technology solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Drive automation in financial reporting and compliance processes.
Qualifications & Requirements:
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA in Finance degree.
  • 4-6 years of experience in financial leadership roles.
  • Strong expertise in financial modeling and investor relations.

Candidates with a background in startups or Big Six firms are preferred.
