Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Area Customer Service Manager to oversee customer care and dealer operations in the state. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service management, dealer manpower management, and business development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure customer satisfaction by improving CAPS scores and NPS
- Manage dealer manpower availability and training plans
- Adhere to M&M CI norms and business development processes
- Optimize territory coverage and identify customer needs
- Manage warranty services and dealer relationships
Requirements:
- Graduate/Post Graduate in Mechanical/Automobile/ Mechatronics Engineering
- 3-8 years of core automotive customer care experience
- Strong understanding of customer service management, dealer operations, and business development
