Lead Project Team Member for EHV Line Executions

This is a key leadership role requiring experience in managing project teams and overseeing the execution of high-voltage transmission lines.


The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams in executing projects related to EHV lines, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards. This includes coordinating with various stakeholders, identifying project risks, and developing mitigation strategies.


Responsibilities:
  • Manage project teams and oversee EHV line executions
  • Develop detailed project plans and coordinate team activities
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
  • Collaborate with business development teams to acquire new clients and estimate project costs
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to project teams as needed

Requirements:
  • 10-15 years of experience in project management or leadership roles
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or B.E (Electrical) from a reputable college
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the electrical engineering industry, preferably with a reputable engineering consultancy firm or PSU related to EHV works
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
