Job Opportunity:Aptitude Trainer Role OverviewWe are seeking an accomplished and experienced Aptitude Trainer to lead students in developing their quantitative aptitude, logical reasoning, and verbal ability skills.

  • The primary responsibilities include creating engaging sessions on Quantitative Aptitude, Logical Reasoning, and Verbal Ability. Additionally, lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests will be prepared to assess student performance.
  • Key qualifications include a strong command over Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language. Excellent communication and presentation skills, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts and make sessions interactive, are also crucial.

Eligibility Criteria:
  • A graduate or postgraduate degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Management, or related fields is necessary. Prior experience as an Aptitude Trainer/Faculty/Coach is preferred.
  • Freshers with strong aptitude and teaching skills may also be considered for this position.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:
  • Design and deliver interactive training sessions for students to improve their problem-solving skills.
  • Create customized learning materials such as lesson plans, practice exercises, and mock tests to track student progress.
  • Mentor students to enhance their speed and accuracy in problem-solving, provide personalized support where needed, and conduct doubt-clearing sessions.

Skillset Required:

  • Strong understanding of Quantitative Aptitude, Reasoning, and English Language.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to simplify complex concepts and create engaging content.

Additional Information:

  • Familiarity with competitive exams (CAT, GRE, GMAT, Banking, SSC, Campus Placements, etc.) is beneficial but not mandatory.
