Academic Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Academic Team Lead to design and own the academic structure and progression of our curriculum.

  • Align curriculum with competitive exams, school boards, or international standards.
  • Supervise creation of high-quality learning materials, including video lectures, assessments, animations, study material, and question banks.
  • Ensure conceptual clarity, accuracy, and pedagogical coherence across all content.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a team of subject matter experts, content developers, and educators, conducting regular reviews and ensuring team alignment with academic goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Maths, Physics, or related field from a reputable institution.
  • 7+ years of teaching or academic leadership experience.
  • At least 2 years in a leadership or mentoring role within an educational organization.
  • Relevant experience in CBSE 10th board curriculum.
  • Deep subject expertise and academic rigor.
  • Candidates with an English-medium background at Class X, Class XII, Degree levels preferred.
  • Strong instructional design and content review skills.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with digital tools and learning management systems (LMS) a plus.
