Senior Academic Lecturer

We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Academic Faculty to join our institution. As an Academic Faculty, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate students, guiding research projects, and contributing to the academic development of the institution.
Key Responsibilities:- Teaching and Curriculum Development: Teach B.Sc program courses in the respective specialization as per curriculum guidelines, design lesson plans, study materials, and evaluation methods.
- Research and Mentoring: Guide students in academic projects, dissertations, and research activities, mentor and counsel students for academic and career growth.
- Assessment and Evaluation: Assess student performance through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in the relevant subject with minimum 55% marks (mandatory).
- Professional Experience: 2-15 years of teaching/research experience in higher education.
- Subject Knowledge and Skills: Strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in the relevant discipline, effective communication and mentoring skills.
