Job Title: HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to manage and enhance all aspects of the HR function. This includes recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and policy implementation.

This is a hands-on role where you will drive HR initiatives directly without a team reporting to you. You will be responsible for end-to-end HR operations, including:

  • Managing the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, processes, and best practices aligned with company goals.
  • Overseeing employee relations, addressing grievances, and fostering a healthy work environment.
  • Leading performance management systems: appraisals, goal-setting, and feedback processes.
  • Planning and executing employee engagement programs and team-building activities.
  • Ensuring compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and HR reports.
  • Working closely with management to identify talent needs and drive retention strategies.
  • Supporting learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4–5 years of experience as an HR professional, preferably in events, media, or marketing industries.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving, negotiation, and people management skills.
  • Based in Gurgaon or willing to relocate.
  • Comfortable working as an individual contributor with full ownership of HR responsibilities.
