Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive our paid campaigns across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in healthcare marketing and a proven track record of delivering measurable ROI.

  • Plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and healthcare-specific platforms.
  • Develop and execute patient acquisition strategies that drive brand visibility and lead generation.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis specific to healthcare.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
  • Collaborate with content and design teams to create ad copies, creatives, and video campaigns aligned with healthcare guidelines.
  • Ensure all campaigns comply with healthcare advertising regulations.
  • Implement remarketing & retargeting strategies to engage potential patients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive patient leads, appointments, and brand visibility for healthcare services.
  • Optimize landing pages, ad creatives, and funnels for conversion rate improvement.
  • Manage budgets effectively to maximize ROI while minimizing Cost per Lead (CPL).
  • Stay updated on healthcare digital marketing trends, tools, and compliance policies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare or medical services.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO basics, and automation tools.
  • Experience with lead generation, funnel optimization, and conversion tracking.
  • Understanding of healthcare patient journey & compliance norms.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in Google Ads / Facebook Blueprint.
  • Experience with healthcare CRM or patient management systems.
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Ability to handle multi-location healthcare campaigns.
