Digital Media Strategist

We are seeking a proactive digital media strategist with a strong background in EdTech or educational services to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a leader in digital strategy and campaign execution, responsible for developing and implementing multi-channel campaigns to drive lead generation and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with business goals and revenue targets.
  • Oversee integrated multi-channel campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic networks.
  • Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns to generate leads, targeting student and parent personas.
  • Maximize ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) with a minimum benchmark of 5x.
  • Lead creative direction to boost CTR (Click-Through Rates) to 5%.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a similar role, with a background in EdTech or educational services.
  • Experience in running multilingual or pan-India campaigns.
  • Expertise in various digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
  • The ability to design and optimize full-funnel campaigns to achieve specific KPIs.
  • Strong analytical skills to manage P&L, maximize ROAS, and deliver performance insights.
  • Experience in creative strategy and video production workflows.
  • Leadership skills to mentor a team and collaborate across different departments.
