Senior Digital Marketing Strategist Position

We are seeking an experienced digital marketing strategist to oversee personal branding initiatives for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing profiles, creating content, and engaging with audiences on various social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive personal branding strategies that align with client goals and professional personas.
  • Mentor and guide a team of interns to deliver high-quality results.
  • Review and approve content created by interns, ensuring alignment with brand standards.
  • Provide hands-on training to interns on best practices, including writing, engagement, and analytics.
  • Monitor interactions and respond professionally across all platforms.
  • Analyze data to measure strategy effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and present results to clients.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and strategies to maintain client competitiveness.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in managing profiles, creating content, and engaging with audiences on social media.
  • Proven ability to lead and guide a team to deliver results.
  • Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
  • Exceptional writing and editing abilities to guide content creation.
  • In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience: the ability to train others confidently.
