Immerse yourself in the fast-paced world of a Senior Backend Developer, where your work will directly impact product performance and customer success.

This is a core engineering role that requires an individual who can architect, optimize, and scale backend systems that power real-time, data-heavy AI applications.

The ideal candidate will have experience with designing and implementing high-performance RESTful APIs & WebSocket services, building robust data flows and storage schemas with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis, and deploying and managing containerized services with Docker & AWS (EC2, ALB, S3, Route 53).

Additionally, they will need to set up and champion CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery cycles, ensure system resilience with distributed, fault-tolerant architecture, and collaborate directly with Co-Founders and CTO to translate vision into scalable tech.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Architect and optimize scalable microservices-based backend systems.
    • Design and implement high-performance RESTful APIs & WebSocket services.
    • Build robust data flows and storage schemas with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Redis.
    • Deploy and manage containerized services with Docker & AWS (EC2, ALB, S3, Route 53).
    • Set up and champion CI/CD pipelines for automated delivery cycles.
    • Ensure system resilience with distributed, fault-tolerant architecture.
    • Collaborate directly with Co-Founders and CTO to translate vision into scalable tech.
    • Evaluate and adopt modern backend frameworks (Flask, Django, FastAPI, Node.js, Kubernetes, etc.).
