Site Reliability Engineer Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Reliability Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in managing our Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). The ideal candidate will possess exceptional technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and excellent collaboration abilities.

The selected individual will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining our OCI cloud infrastructure using Terraform and GitLab CI/CD pipelines. They will also automate the build and deployment of various applications, implement monitoring and logging mechanisms, and collaborate with development teams to stay up-to-date with OCI best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement scalable and secure cloud infrastructure solutions using Terraform and OCI services.
  • Automate build and deployment processes for multiple applications using GitLab CI/CD pipelines.
  • Develop and maintain monitoring and logging systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
  • Expertise in Terraform, GitLab CI/CD, and cloud-native principles.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and containerization.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in financial services banking.

This is a remote opportunity with a 10-month contract, with possible extension. The working hours are from Monday to Friday, 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM IST. We require the use of personal devices, and the candidate should have at least 7-8 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure.
