Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

The Regional Sales Manager plays a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies within the large business segment. This position is responsible for building strong client relationships, achieving revenue targets, and ensuring high-quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets and drive portfolio growth.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Lead efforts in acquiring new clients, managing existing relationships, and identifying cross-sell opportunities.
  • Market Expansion: Identify and penetrate new markets to support business growth.
  • Portfolio Quality Management: Monitor portfolio performance, ensuring high-quality asset management, and addressing early warning signs.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team, fostering talent development and succession planning.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Education: Graduate / Postgraduate in any discipline.
  • Experience: 7-10 years in sales with strong leadership skills and experience in managing large business clients.
