Job Description:

The role of L&D Strategy and Training Program Manager involves spearheading strategic learning and development initiatives. This includes designing and implementing training programs, psychometric assessments, and evaluating their effectiveness across various organizational levels.

This position requires a strong focus on driving organizational growth through targeted learning and development strategies. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in crafting compelling training programs that cater to diverse audience needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and manage comprehensive learning strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Design, deliver, and evaluate impactful training programs, including workshops, e-learning modules, and other interventions.
  • Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to achieve HR-related goals and objectives.
  • Identify and implement relevant training programs tailored to meet organizational requirements.
  • Monitor training effectiveness and implement necessary adjustments based on feedback received.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 13 years of relevant HR experience, with a focus on Learning & Development.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing successful training programs, including e-learning and workshops.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to think creatively and solve complex challenges effectively.
  • Experience working in the banking industry, particularly with Trade Finance, Loans, Remittances, etc. (desired).
  • SHRM Certification is highly valued, and L&D certifications are considered a significant asset.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
