Key Position Overview

The organization is seeking a seasoned Human Resources Business Partner to fill this pivotal role. As a trusted HR advisor, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and productive work environment.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain effective communication channels with employees at all levels.
  • Develop and implement strategic initiatives to boost employee engagement and enhance workplace culture.
  • Manage attendance, absenteeism, and shift scheduling in coordination with operations teams.
  • Handle employee grievances, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution in a fair and respectful manner.
  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for blue-collar/frontline staff.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements.
  • Maintain and update HR records, documentation, and MIS reports.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and streamline HR policies and practices.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations across rotational shifts and multiple workforce levels.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 4 years of overall HR experience in warehouse/logistics/manufacturing setups.
  • Proven experience in managing a blue-collar workforce.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to connect with staff at all levels.
  • Proficiency in regional languages preferred for effective employee communication.
  • Sound knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance.
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts and travel across warehouse locations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems/tools.
