Job Description:

As an HR Operations Specialist with 3+ years of experience, you will play a key role in supporting various HR functions and ensuring smooth HR operations within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the day-to-day HR activities and provide administrative support to the HR team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing offer letters, conducting background checks, and coordinating new employee orientations.
  2. Maintain employee records and ensure accurate data entry in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System) or any other HR database.
  3. Assist with benefits administration, including enrollments, terminations, and answering employee inquiries related to benefits.
  4. Prepare HR-related documents, such as employment contracts, employee letters, and HR policies, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
  5. Help organize and facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including team-building activities, employee recognition programs, and employee surveys.
  6. Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies and procedures, ensuring they align with current employment laws and best practices.
  7. Support HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management, talent development, and diversity and inclusion programs.
  8. Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and general HR-related matters.
  9. Coordinate employee offboarding processes, including conducting exit interviews, updating employee records, and ensuring smooth offboarding transitions.
  10. Stay updated on HR trends, best practices, and employment laws and regulations.
  11. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with integrity.
  12. Working on Payroll and performance management system on Keka is an advantage.
  13. Handling Grievances for employees.
