We seek an experienced professional with 7-10 years of experience in HNI & Individual Giving fundraising.

The role involves identifying, cultivating, and stewarding relationships with high-value donors, alumni, and influential networks to mobilise substantial funding support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a robust fundraising plan to secure large-ticket donations from HNIs, alumni, and philanthropists.
  • Create an extensive database of HNI/potential donors using wealth intelligence tools and personal network.
  • Track a target-based fundraising goal and report through donor tracking, engagement, and donation metrics to the management at regular intervals.
  • Communicate powerful pitches and proposals to drive closures successfully.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team to create presentations, events, and experiences for prospects.
  • Work closely with the leadership and Vajra project team to deliver the fundraising goals.
  • Represent the organization at networking events, donor meetings, and sector gatherings.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in business, social sciences, or related fields.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of experience working with HNIs/UHNI/CSR in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka.
  • Proven track record of securing high-value donations from HNI/UHNI/Foundations/Grants.
  • Exceptional networking, relationship-building, and persuasion skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communicator (Bilingual - Tamil/English).
  • Comfortable leading pitches and closures to senior management.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, target, and outcome-based environment.
  • Knowledge of current trends in CSR, philanthropy, and HNI donor behaviours.
