Strategic Partnership Director: Driving Impact and Growth

As a seasoned professional with 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with the company's growth goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a multi-year fundraising strategy to drive growth and impact
  • Lead the implementation of key priorities and ensure timely, transparent reporting on progress and impact
  • Drive the full donor lifecycle, from prospecting and proposal development to grant reporting and relationship management
  • Act as a key external face in funder interactions, partnering with senior leadership to steward high-value relationships with CSR leaders, philanthropists, and impact investors
  • Champion operational excellence across all fundraising functions, building systems that ensure agility, compliance, and long-term funder trust

Requirements:

  • 12-15 years of experience in fundraising, strategic partnerships, or business development within the nonprofit, CSR, or impact investing space
  • Proven track record of leading fundraising efforts and delivering results
  • Strong understanding of the Indian social impact ecosystem and ability to intuit what funders value
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a high-autonomy, high-accountability environment
