Senior Fundraising Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our fundraising efforts and drive growth in support of our social impact initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong track record of success in fundraising, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to develop and implement strategic plans that achieve desired outcomes.

This role offers a unique opportunity for an experienced fundraiser to make a meaningful impact on our organization's mission and contribute to the advancement of our social programs.

About the Role:

  • Create a comprehensive fundraising strategy that aligns with our organizational goals and objectives.
  • Built relationships with key stakeholders, including high net worth individuals, corporations, foundations, and other funding sources.
  • Develop and execute a national network of diverse supporters to strengthen existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication across all areas of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a robust fundraising plan that achieves targeted revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including donors, sponsors, and partners.
  • Cultivate new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and expansion.
  • Analyze and report on fundraising performance, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to address them.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in business, social sciences, or related field.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in direct fundraising and partnership roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • Proven track record of success in fundraising, with a focus on achieving revenue growth and expanding donor networks.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
