Job Title: Strategic AML ManagerThe Strategic AML Manager role is a senior leadership position that oversees the implementation and management of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) policies, procedures, and internal control standards. This leader will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive AML strategy that aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives.This strategic leader must possess exceptional project management skills to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining effective relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.Key responsibilities include:
  • Audit and Risk Management: Identify areas of improvement in the current AML framework and implement changes to enhance the overall effectiveness of the program.
  • Compliance Governance: Collaborate with the Compliance team to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including Business Leaders, Compliance Officers, and external auditors.
  • Process Improvement: Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce risk.
  • Talent Development: Mentor and coach junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
