Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Sustainable Value Chain Developer. This exciting role involves designing and implementing strategies to promote sustainable value chains, focusing on business model development, market linkages, and access to finance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To formulate, implement, and modify strategies and solutions for sustainable value chain promotion.
  • To conduct and lead technical workshops with stakeholders, including market engagement sessions.
  • To identify key market players and facilitate linkages, business development pitches, and financing initiatives.
  • To develop capacity-building modules for target beneficiaries collaborating with consortium partners.
  • To draft, review, and submit all relevant reports to Team Leader.

Requirements:

  • Masters in Environmental Science, Forestry, Finance, or Business.
  • English & Hindi language proficiency.
  • 8 years of professional experience in natural resources management, agroforestry, and nature-based businesses; 5 years of experience in value chain promotion, marketing, business model development, and establishing market linkages including providing access to finance with a focus on agro/agroforestry/ayurvedic products; 4 years of the total experience in projects in India.
