About the Role:

At FinMen Advisors, we are seeking an experienced Strategic Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in our target markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the origination of rating business and fundraising for mid/Large Corporate Groups in the region
  • Maintain and enhance strong relationships with existing and new clients through effective relationship-building and communication skills
  • Identify unrated clients and facilitate their migration from unrated to rated domains, helping them leverage ratings for fundraising
  • Build market intelligence about competitors, prepare geography-wise and service-wise sales plans, and achieve them
  • Develop and lead a high-performing team for business development, identifying potential market segments and generating revenue through new account development and key account management

About You:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and presentation skills. You should have experience in client onboarding and relationship-building, as well as acquiring new clients and managing sales teams. Familiarity with financial products, including credit rating, equity, and fundraising, is essential.
