About UsGray Line Media is a fast-growing website design and digital marketing agency, serving clients across the United States. We specialize in helping small to medium-sized businesses enhance their online presence through SEO, custom website solutions, and performance-driven digital marketing strategies.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to lead our sales team, expand our U.S. client base, and drive revenue growth . The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Upwork responses, cold outreach (email & LinkedIn), and direct client interactions .
Role OverviewAs the Senior Business Development Manager , you will be responsible for leading the BD team , executing strategic sales outreach , and closing deals with U.S. clients in the website design and digital marketing industry .
Key Responsibilities- Lead & mentor the Business Development team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and execute outreach strategies for Upwork responses and cold prospecting via LinkedIn and email.
- Engage directly with U.S. prospects , building relationships and identifying their website design and digital marketing needs.
- Refine sales processes to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
- Monitor key sales KPIs and implement data-driven improvements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align sales efforts with service offerings.
3+ years of experience leading a business development team with proven success.
Exceptional English communication skills (verbal & written).
Strong experience in cold outreach (email, LinkedIn) and Upwork proposal writing.
Proven ability to close deals in the website design and digital marketing industry.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing a team.
Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to sales.
