Regional Business Growth Manager

Bosch India is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Zonal Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sales strategies in their designated zone, planning for business growth, and formulating sales targets for various channels. This includes deploying national sales programs, managing turnover, and promoting sales from secondary and tertiary trade levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales plans to achieve desired business outcomes
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth
• Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions
• Foster strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
