Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist

Job Summary
Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service and Technical Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Dedicate to 80-20 over-service strategies to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Understand and assign Salesforce cases to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.
- Create and modify SAP SD documents, including sales orders and quotations, to extract relevant information.
- Screen and log ETO orders, utilizing established standard operating policies and procedures, along with system tools, guide sheets, and job aids.
- Review PO, quote, and correspondence documents to ensure accuracy and proper documentation.
- Build strong customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Support corporate initiatives to over-serve customers and provide an effortless customer experience.
- Daily planning and prioritization of work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
- Take on new opportunities and challenges with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Work with internal teams with a high sense of accountability and urgency.
- Work with multiple departments to ensure accurate order processing and shipping.
- Develop a strong product and process knowledge and participate in training initiatives.
Required Education and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience in handling Gearing Products in Industrial Sales or Customer-facing channels.
- Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle, and SAP.
- Experience with corporate websites and eCommerce platforms.
- Demonstrated mechanical or technical aptitude.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Customer-first approach.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload with strong attention to detail.
- Situational adaptability and resourcefulness.
- Experience with business tools such as SharePoint, MS Teams, and Windows Operating Systems.
- Basic to Intermediate Excel Skills.
- Demonstrated patience and approachability with team members.
