Marketing Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Manager to drive the success of our Financial Planning Centers (FPCs) across Thane.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive activation plans for new FPCs, including timelines, operational requirements, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify suitable locations that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with marketing teams to create localized campaigns promoting new FPCs for lead generation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure readiness before the go-live date.
  • Oversee facility setup, infrastructure, event arrangements, and technology enablement to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Secure necessary regulatory, compliance, and legal approvals for projects.
  • Monitor early performance metrics to assess FPC success and identify areas for improvement.
  • Gather feedback from employees and clients to refine operations and enhance customer experience.
  • Address bottlenecks in operational efficiency during the post-activation phase.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in activation or operations management, preferably in the financial services or retail sector.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to manage external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate location performance and market potential.
  • Familiarity with financial products and advisory services is an asset.
