Job Opportunity

The Program Associate role is a dynamic position that plays a crucial part in the implementation of our Literacy program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our Literacy program design, project deliverables, and government education policies.
  • Support the quality implementation of the project in the district and blocks, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
  • Conduct regular visits to program schools, observe classroom transactions, and make suggestions for improving the quality and utilization of program materials.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Collaborate with stakeholders at multiple levels across districts to reflect on insights from field visits, monitoring data, and interactions.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders, including government officials and teachers, to ensure program objectives are met.
Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare regular reports, including program data, qualitative reports, and event reports, to inform project implementation and decision-making.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry and compilation, maintaining high data quality.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Master's degree in education or social sciences preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in the education sector.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, as well as critical thinking and analytical skills.
