We empower these communities through improved education, health, livelihood, and climate action outcomes.
Our initiative for young Indians from low-income households focuses on developing their employability skills.
Our centers address the gap between skilled human resources demand and supply.
We offer a 60-day training program on Core Employability Skills like communicative English, digital literacy, and aptitude.
This ensures a significant skill shift among trainees.
Trainees are provided with placement opportunities after the training.
The Role Holder will establish a state-of-the-art Livelihood Skilling center for Youth and become a partner of choice for all stakeholders in the defined geographical area.
The role involves planning and implementing outreach activities, assessing youth needs, ensuring quality training delivery by trainers, employer networking, center administration, and overall team coordination.
The Role Holder will strategize an outreach plan to create awareness in the community and ensure execution of all outreach activities to achieve maximum enrollments at the center.
They will engage with agencies to manage outreach implementation and mobilization activities as required.
The Role Holder will lead counseling sessions for Youth to identify their aspirations and expectations and complete the enrollment process.
They are responsible for executing training activities at the center as per the training calendar.
The Role Holder will monitor the training activities of the center to ensure quality training to Youth.
They will collect feedback from aspirants on a regular basis to improve the quality of training and center upkeep.
The Role Holder will ensure pre and post-assessment processes for aspirants to provide them with suitable job opportunities.
They will connect and build rapport with local employers in their area and convert them into panel employers to ensure continuous job opportunities to the aspirants.
The Role Holder will review the performance of trainers and Center associates (CAs) and give constructive feedback for their performance improvement.
They will capacity build CAs to ensure smooth center functioning.
The Role Holder will handhold aspirants at the workplace (for a short duration) after placement.
They will maintain Youth life cycle connectivity – Ensuring post-placement connects with the aspirants.
The Role Holder will ensure that all relevant information like Youth enrollment, fee collection, placements is updated in the IT platform by the CA.
They will ensure center Branding and upkeep as per given guidelines from Headquarters.
The Role Holder will participate in the hiring and selection process of CAs & Trainers.
They will work towards improving center functioning from inputs received from Quality Assurance team.
