Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bhopal. The Associate at Peepul will be responsible for supporting the implementation of education programs, conducting field visits, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing reports. The Associate will collaborate closely with educators, government officials, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of initiatives. Additional responsibilities include providing administrative support, coordinating events and workshops, and contributing to strategic planning efforts.

  • Experience with stakeholder collaboration and communication
  • Administrative support, event coordination, and workshop planning skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and data analysis tools
  • Passion for education and commitment to the mission of Peepul
  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Work, Management, or a related field
  • Experience working in the education sector is a plus
