Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Madhya Pradesh, India. The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions related to agricultural inputs. Daily tasks include demonstrating product features, managing customer inquiries, processing transactions, and maintaining records of customer interactions. The Sales Associate will also be involved in market research, attending sales meetings, and contributing to sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Knowledge of agricultural products and services
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze data
  • Basic proficiency in using sales management software and tools
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience in the agritech industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Business, Marketing, or a related field
