Attracting top talent requires a strategic approach that goes beyond the conventional hiring process. In this context, VeriPark seeks an experienced software test engineer to lead our digital banking testing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of digital banking workflows, including Payments, Cards, KYC, Customer Onboarding, Loans, and Internet/Mobile Banking channels. They should also have hands-on experience in test automation development using Selenium and Playwright for UI testing, and Postman / REST Assured for API testing.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and execute automated and manual test cases for digital banking applications, including Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, and Core Banking APIs.
  • Build and maintain automation scripts using industry-leading tools to ensure seamless integration with our technology stack.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and DevOps engineers, to ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in software quality assurance, including strong expertise in functional, API, and automation testing within digital banking services.
  • Detailed understanding of digital banking technologies, including mobile apps, online platforms, and payment systems.
  • Hands-on experience in shift-left testing practices, working closely with developers and product owners to ensure quality is embedded early in the SDLC.
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with new testing tools and techniques, especially in automation and AI-assisted testing, to improve test coverage and efficiency.
